diet ni selalunye 'fofular' di kalangan perempuan .
makan itu tak boleh sebab banyak lemak . makan ini tak bole, berminyakla .
ee . nyampah aku orang camtu tau . hehe . aku ni makan pakai lantak la .
asalkan makanan tu Halal dan tak basi dan juga tak memudaratkan kesihatan .
sebenarnya, ada cara kalau nak berdiet . jangan ingat korang tak makan bole lose weight.
tidak ye . bawak penyakit lagi ada la . antara penyakitnye anaeroxia .
ntah betul ke tidak aku eja tu . padahal budak bio ni . haha .

Tip No. 1: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages

If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you'll lose weight. But when you're hungry all the time, eating fewer calories can be a challenge. "Studies show people who eat 4-5 meals or snacks per day are better able to control their appetite and weight," says obesity researcher Rebecca Reeves, DrPH, RD. She recommends dividing your daily calories into smaller meals or snacks and enjoying most of them earlier in the day — dinner should be the last time you eat.

nasik kalau bole banyak satu mangkuk kecik isi sup nasik ayam . tau kankankan . hee .
kalau boleh , elakkan makan pada waktu malam . makan sbelum pkul 8.
and...mak aku kata , jangan makan sebelum mandi .
kalau korang makan then after that terus pegi mandi, perut korang jadi BUNCIT.
korang nak perut korang buncit?? ohh . mesti taknak kan . hee .
